3.3 Objective: USGCIS Corporation offers its services in assisting applicants filling out their entry to participate in U.S. Diversity Visa Program also known as Green Card Lottery.
3.4 Offered Services: USGCIS Corporation, for a processing fee, offers assistance and consultancy to register, review, prepare, submit, track, notify user’s entry the US Green Card Lottery Program .
USGCIS IS NOT INVOLVED IN SELECTION OF WINNERS OF THE DV LOTTERY3.5 .
3.6 USGCIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR WINNING.
3.7 IMPORTANT NOTE: U.S. Government can change, modify, delay, suspend, or cancel the rules and terms of the DV Lottery Program at anytime.
In such cases our company will not provide refunds to users who purchased our services prior to those U.S. Government actions. Our company strives to keep abreast with the latest regulations and updates. However there could be differences between the information displayed on the U.S. Government website and ours. The Company offers the official information on our site on an “as-is” basis, and it cannot be held responsible for such differences. The user has the obligation to check the official site for updates.

4.1 USER’S OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES

4.1.1 To read, understand, unconditionally accept all Eligibility terms of the U.S Governmental DV lottery and if registered the user must be eligible to enroll in the DV lottery.
4.1.2 To read, understand, unconditionally accept and comply the present Terms and Conditions.
4.1.3 To record/send accurate information. The integrity of registration/sent information is user’s responsibility; the user is solely responsible, and it is entirely user’s risk if the information is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or false.
4.1.4 To record/send information ON TIME before the beginning of the U.S. Government official submission period.
4.1.5 Avoid duplicate registration. Duplicate registration at DV Lottery Program will automatically disqualify the user for the DV Lottery. The official instructions clearly stipulate that: 'All entries by an individual will be disqualified if more than ONE entry for that individual is received, regardless of who submitted the entry'.
User will not register with another company, or by her/himself.
4.1.6 Not to record/post/send/upload information as: having obscene or pornographic content or entertain illegal discussions with USGCIS employees.
4.1.7 Not to send, upload or transmit programs or files that contain viruses, worms or Trojan horses or any other code that may destroy the functionality of any components of the USGCIS Corporation.
4.1.8 Not to allow other person to use her/his own account (username and password). If this will be the case the user will act on her/his own risks.
4.1.9 The user may not keep responsible USGCIS Corporation for the content of the information registered.
4.1.10 The user declares that he/she will not act in such a way that may disrupt, compromise, destroy the USGCIS Corporation resources and daily activity.
4.1.11 In case user chooses to pay the due fee by credit card, she/he is solely responsible for the validity of the credit card and all its information and for the payment to be processed correctly. In case of non-payment user cannot charge USGCIS Corporation for not being represented and entered in the DV Lottery.

4.2 USGCIS OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES

4.2.1 Will not use user’s information for other objectives than those mentioned in the USGCIS DESCRIPTION & OFFERED SERVICES/OBJECTIVE (See Chapter 3.3). User grants Company the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information and content she/he posted on the website, included but not limited to registration to the DV Lottery Program.
4.2.2 Will strive to obtain all required data from the user for a complete application before the US Official DV Lottery Program Open period. Should the information not be obtained timely from the user, the Company reserves the right to cancel submission for the current DV Program, and to include it in the next DV Program.
4.2.3 Will submit on behalf of the user her/his entry to the US DV Lottery Program.
4.2.4 Will notify user for the changes of her/his registration status.
4.2.5 Will notify user of the wining/not wining.
4.2.6 Will charge the user the correct fee defined in the Fees Chapter.
4.2.7 USGCIS is not liable for not submitting users application and/ or information due to a third party act or omission to act.

5.1 User is responsible for using a valid and chargeable credit/debit card.
5.2 USGCIS Corporation can change discretionary the fees at anytime without prior warning. The new fees will be posted on our website.
5.3 USGCIS Corporation is concerned by your complete satisfaction. Within 15-days from your in initial purchase at your request you will receive 100% money back.
5.4 Exception is if the DV Lottery official entry open period started prior to the refund request. In this case the fees are non-refundable.
5.5 Past 15-days from the initial purchase the fees are non-refundable.
5.6 Fees are non-refundable in case there is an impossibility of filling the user’s DV Lottery entry beyond the control of USGCIS Corporation.
5.7 IMPORTANT NOTE
The U.S. Government does NOT charge any fee for entry DV Lottery.
The USGCIS Corporation, as a private company, charges a fee for any registered user who chooses its services.

6.1 USER’S CONFIDENTIALITY: The user's information is very important to us. The user's information is strictly protected in our database and it's transmission over the Internet is performed under an industry-standard Secured Service layer.
6.2 USGCIS SECURITY: The registered user may use our services SOLELY for their defined purposes. The services may not be used for any other reasons, or motives, or in any other circumstances.

7.1 USGCIS Corporation has the right to terminate/cancel user's access & services in case the user is in breach with any provision and conditions herein specified.

8.1 USGCIS Corporation cannot be held responsible for any Internet connection, or communication interruption between the user's computer terminal, network, public telephone, Internet and the USCGIS Corporation website, or a third party server.
8.2 USGCIS Corporation cannot be held responsible for not submitting user's information to the U.S. Government Green Card Program due to a technical problem on behalf of the US authorities, or a major technical problem in the Internet communication, or other third party problem.

9.1 The services offered by the Company and its website content are provided “as-is” and “as-available”. Neither the Company nor its affiliates are liable for any direct, indirect, actual, consequential, or other damages including loss of income or revenue, emotional pain, suffering, or similar.
9.2 No action can be taken against the Company for such cases.

10.1 The present contract must be considered as it is executed and performed in Teaneck, New Jersey, United States of America and is governed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
10.2 The services are not offered in any other foreign jurisdiction.

11.1 The Company's websites and their content are fully owned by the Company and are protected by the USA Copyright laws.
11.2 Users agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate website(s) content or part(s) of it without the written permission of USGCIS owners.
11.3 Unauthorized attempts to upload, or change information, or other action that may cause damage to our websites, are strictly prohibited and they are punishable under applicable Federal laws. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, USGCIS may employ software programs to monitor network traffic to identify such attempts.

12.1 The Company in its sole discretion, reserves the right to edit, remove, modify, add the Terms and Conditions, any pricing, services, content or other information presented on the website without prior notice.
12.2 User’s agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and contractors harmless from any breach of this contract and liability including third parties claims. Moreover you agree to indemnify for any resulting loss, judgments, costs and attorney fees.
12.3 The user should not link the Company's website to any other websites and the Company is not held responsible for such.
12.4 The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse at any time the sale of any Good or Service.
